Our firm participates in the Peer Review program prescribed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. Our firm was last reviewed for the year ended December 2017. The resulting report issued a peer review rating of pass.

Experienced

Campbell, Myers, & Rutledge, PLLC is a full service certified public accounting firm formed initially in 1945 by its founder, Howard M. Jones. Since that time, our firm has been associated with and/or a part of Yeager, Ford & Warren, Coopers & Lybrand, and more recently in 1980 organized as Campbell, Myers & Rutledge, PLLC.

  • Cindy Greer, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Kentucky. She has over thirty years of diversified public accounting experience with emphasis on tax return preparation, auditing governmental organizations, school districts, utilities and financial statement compilation and review. Cindy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
  • Brent Billingsley, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Kentucky. He has over fifteen years of public accounting experience with emphasis in, tax, and consulting services. Brent has auditing experience in a variety of industries including: small to medium size business, not-for-profit entities, school districts, and governmental entities. Brent’s tax experience includes corporate and individual tax preparation, tax planning for individuals including farmers and ranchers. Brent is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Consultants

  • Skip R. Campbell, CPA retired after 30 years as managing partner of the firm. Skip has over forty years of experience in auditing various governmental and non-profit entities and providing consulting services to a variety of small businesses and organizations. Skip will continue to meet clients and be contacted at the firm office.
  • Joe Rutledge, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Kentucky since 1974. He has sixteen years of diversified public accounting experience with emphasis on tax return preparation, construction contractors, and financial statement compilation and review. Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.

  • Ryan Mosier, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Kentucky. He has over ten years public accounting experience with emphasis in, tax and auditing services. Ryan has auditing experience in a variety of industries including: small to medium size business, not-for-profit entities, school districts, and governmental entities. Ryan’s tax experience includes corporate and individual tax preparation. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.
  • Jenna Glass, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Kentucky, and has over ten years of experience in pubic accounting. She has auditing experience in several industries including: small to medium size businesses, school districts, and governmental entities. Jenna’s tax experience includes corporate and individual tax preparation, planning and research.
  • Caitlin Hagan, CPA is a practicing Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Kentucky.
